360-degree virtual tours

Virtual Journey offers its customers in the tourism trade (tour operators, tourist offices, municipalities, etc.) the opportunity to promote their destinations using 360 videos.
These immersive, narrated videos give an overview of the proposed trip by placing the visitor – in 360° detail – into the heart of the target destination. The tours can be broadcast on virtual reality headsets, integrated on websites, and published on social networks.

An example of Virtual Journey’s work includes a travel simulation developed for its client LK Tours Voyages, an Alsatian coach operator, which allows customers to immerse themselves in a journey aboard a grand touring coach. This simulator is broadcast using virtual reality headsets and can be used to communicate at trade fairs and in travel agencies.

We have produced around fifteen different 360 videos to promote tourist destinations such as Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Dubrovnik (Croatia), Lake Skadar (Montenegro), the Ötztal valley (Austria), the seaside town of Bodrum (Turkey) or the Alsace Region (France).

In 2019, we produced seven videos for the City of Strasbourg with the aim of promoting the key sites and events of Strasbourg Capitale de Noël : the lighting of the Grand Sapin, the market for the irreducible small producers of Alsace, the place de la Cathedral, the decorations of the rue des orfèvres, the ice rink of the place Kléber or the Marché Off located on the place Grimmeissen.

These videos were broadcast during events in Paris as well as on the website and on Strasbourg Capitale de Noël Facebook page.

To carry out its projects in the field of Tourism, Virtual Journey regularly calls on Fouzi Louahem for video production and post-production and Seppia for audio post-production. The voice-overs are recorded with professional actors from the region.
